BIN NOWIRAN ESTABLISHMENT begun in 1970 and was established by Mr. AHMED BIN NOWIRAN, founder and chairman, which was registered under the law of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It became one of the prestigious and reliable contracting establishments where it was engaged in different ventures and multi-range contract in the Partitioned Neutral Zone (PNZ) between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait with Saudi Arabian Texaco and Al-Khafji joint operation.
In 1978 BIN NOWIRAN EST. (BNE) began its operation in the marine concessions serving the oil company in the region by providing different marine services On-shore/offshore, Marine crafts, Tug Boats, Aquatic Surveillance and logistics. Over the years, BNE had grown rapidly and increased in type of work that has been executed within the frame work of its expansion.
By 1982 BIN NOWIRAN opened up a Civil Contracts Division for Oil Pipeline and Tank Maintenance, Janitorial and Sanitation Services, General Maintenance, Cleaning and Painting, Heater and Steam Boiler Erection. With continued success in operation, In 1995, BNE opened up its third Division for Light and Heavy Vehicles Operational Rental Services.
Last but least, after 39 years of a success story and at the beginning of 2009 BIN NOWIRAN EST. had converted to BIN NOWIRAN FOR TRADING & CONTRACTING CO. LTD. to better reflect its size & experience and to move forward side by side with environment changes and development.
